Uppsalahem, Uppsala's largest housing company, has chosen SINOM as its new maintenance system after an extensive procurement process. The decision is a central part of the company's efforts to strengthen its decision support and work more long-term and data-driven in its management.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Through the collaboration with SINOM, Uppsalahem not only gets a system, but also a working method that is developed together with their team. The goal is to create a common structure for collecting and analyzing data, and to continuously refine the decision-making basis so that maintenance work becomes both more efficient and more accurate.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Uppsalahem has a complex property portfolio and high demands on how resources are used.
